Originally released on January 27th, 2014, Gluee [YR0005] is Bladee's debut mixtape. Featuring collaborations with Ecco2k , Thaiboy Digital and Bones , as well as production from Yung Sherman and Whitearmor, Gluee set the template for Bladee's sound.
Background
Gluee was first teased by Bladee in a tweet accompanying the release of "bladee commercial Pt.1.0 (gravity boys) #shieldgang", a video produced and edited by Bladee. In October, he implied a November release date. The mixtape then faced two delays, in November and December 2013, citing changes to the project.
Release and promotion
The only single from the mixtape, Everlasting Flames , released via Soundcloud, accompanied by a music video, on December 28, 2013. Next month, without a date announcement, Gluee released on Soundcloud and as a free download via Twitter on January 27, 2014.
