The DRAIN & g'LOSS T-Shirt is a piece of clothing released by the brand g'LOSS, in collaboration with the Swedish musical collective Drain Gang. The shirt was released as a limited run of 52 pieces, via Drain Gang's Tumblr page on January 18, 2016. The shirt is considered to be a piece of Drain Gang Merchandise.
Construction
The shirt was released in only one size, with custom made dimensions of 744 x 656 x 444mm. It is a 100% cotton two-piece construction with a bound neckline, and was produced in Bangkok, Thailand. The shirt also features a custom neckline tag.
The prints on the shirt are silkscreen prints, with additional rhinestone crystal embellishments.
Design
The shirt was designed by Ecco2k.
The design of the shirt draws its influence from Japanese punk-rock movements and brands. The front print of the shirt features razor wire, credit card chips, one half of a "best friends forever" necklace and various text (including a logo to Bladee’s debut solo album Eversince, which was still unreleased when the shirt went up for sale) surrounding the now iconic Drain Gang's "Drain Baby" design. The same, but smaller, Drain Baby design is featured on the back of the shirt, along with a g'LOSS logo, near the neckline.
Blue rhinestone crystals are embellished in the gaps of the wired fence, and the rest of the shirt's front print. What is notable, is that a large portion of the shirts did not feature the rhinestones, due to production errors, as well as customer requests.
A small portion of the shirt's design was featured in a post on Drain Gang's Tumblr page, posted by Ecco2k in September 2015.

Impact
Due to a very limited production run and a high retail price of 77 USD, the shirt quickly became one of the most sought after g'LOSS and Drain Gang pieces, garnering very high prices on the second hand market.
The design of the shirt, and similar Drain Gang and Ecco2k designs from the era, became symbolic of the group's image in the years following the shirt's release. Articles such as razor wire, "BFF" necklaces, and similar, became common in the fanbase's fashion, and online image. In a few countries online cultures, the word "drain" has almost completely distanced itself from Drain Gang's music, but became a blanket term for designs, and picture editing style which took it's roots from the DRAIN & g'LOSS T-Shirt.
