Alaska

Alaska is a discontinued clothing line created by Ecco2k as a predecessor to g'LOSS.

Background

Alaska was founded by Zak Arogundade (Ecco2k) sometime between 2009 and 2010, when Arogundade was 16 years old. Using skills taught to him by his father, who is a graphic designer, he would design apparel for Alaska, and would come to get in touch with a factory in China, who would produce all of the garments. In a 2016 interview with Vogue, Arogundade says "They didn’t know I was a 16-year-old kid. I had a lot of fun running a brand".

Alaska is most well known from their clothes being worn by various members of Drain Gang and Sad Boys.

Today, Alaska is no longer an active project, and is extremely difficult to come by on the second hand market.
